Since we are all in this "threatening" pandemic situation, our lecturer had came out with this incredible assignment, 'VIRTUAL AWARENESS CAMPAIGN'. This is a group assignment consists of six to eight group members. Students were assigned to be appointed consultants or experts for an organization or a body to develop an action plan and to present a report in response based on assigned topic given by respective tutors.

EMPATHY
Our tutor had assigned us with 'Art And Design Practice Programme' as our topic. My group members and I have kickstarted this assignment by coming out with 'issues or problems artists have been facing these days'. We have included artist and general public as our target audiences and also chose 'Cendana', Malaysia as our local organization body. Our tutor also suggested us on adding implications to support our statement on 'issues or problems artist have been facing these days'.
DEFINE
In this stage, we have analyzed and synthesized informations we have gathered and carried out case studies by stating the problem statement, aims and objectives of our action plan. Moreover, we also included SWOT analysis in order to evaluate and develop our next strategic planning in the next stage. We have also further research on activities or programmes that 'Cendana' held before.
IDEATION
Due to pandemic circumstances, we have came out with three interesting virtual events and activities. During tutorial class, our tutor suggested us to show materials inside the kit box for audiences' attraction. We chose influencers that are not from art background because we wished to encourage more people to participate even though they are not from art background. The funny part is we chose three influencers that are fish sellers in our second ideation due to their popularity and good reputation in Facebook, we thought of it is the perfect choice for them as our influencer. Moreover, it is also benefited us on promoting our event through the older generations. Besides that, we also get the permission from our tutor to collaborate with group four, 'David Mango' in our event. Throughout this stage, we also came out with our team name and logo, 'VAN_GO'.
PROTOTYPE
In prototype stage, we have combined all three ideas together and have Instagram and Facebook as our social platforms to reach out different ages group of our target audiences. We have also created a poster and Instagram story to promote our upcoming event.
