“AnE” stands for Architecture and Environment. The purpose of this module is to let students to have a better understanding on the relationship of manmade building towards the environment. Moreover, students are able to access the environmental awareness through the process of designing with a conscious awareness and practicing sustainability during the assignments. Furthermore, this module also provide opportunity for students to gain knowledge on the environmental factors such as heat, lightning and ventilation, understanding the building design towards the climate and environment so as the principle of artificial lighting design by implementing Lumen Method calculation in a building and apply it to create a eco friendly and comfortable building design in the assignment and the future.
